Every blogger blog site should have a contact us page. In Google's rules for applying adsense then you must need a contact us page for your
site with the Home page, privacy policy. If any of your visitors have
any To report or claim or suggestion so they can submit it by filing the
form. Now I will tell you how to build it.
Step 1: Go any of this site bellows, some of these sites you need to register free and some are not. But they will generate for you a good various kinds of free contact us form.
Step 2 : If need to register then register if not then go “contact us page generator” page and fill their form with your information and create pages. After creating the page collect source code or jquary html/Java script code.
Step 3 : Now go to your blogger’s page tab then from now page click blank page go html from designing here pest the collected code or source code and give the title of the post contact us then publish.
Step 4 : After that save arrangement and check your contact us page like this image below.
